He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings, 5th round (125th overall) of the 1992 Draft. He spent his entire career with the Minnesota Vikings. Ed is a co-owner of D1 Sports Training in Greenville, South Carolina. He resides in a suburb of the Twin Cities in Minnesota and owns a number of apartment buildings in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
